Potential Grantees

We collect grant applications through two mechanisms:
1.    Competitive/Solicited: Request for Applications (RFAs) and  Annual Program Statements, (APS) which show what activities are available for grants. RFAs are time-sensitive; an APS is open all year.

Partner organizations receive grants to implement activities jointly planned by the organization and the project value chain.  Click here to see current RFAs and APS.

2.    Non-competitive/Unsolicited applications:  In rare cases, on a case-by-case basis, the project will consider inquiries submitted by e-mail.  See Contact Us.
